Overview
Cars24 is a used car marketplace startup based out of India. In January 2023, I applied for the role of a UXR intern and worked on this research challenge as a part of the interview process.
Problem Statement
How can we improve the customer experience of a seller on Cars24 in order to increase the availability of vehicle on the marketplace?
Outcome
I received an offer from Cars24 for a 6 month UXR internship and was told that I had identified the major problems which brought in new learnings for the product team.
