IMPACT & LEARNINGS
Some key takeaways
Research extends beyond interviews
Active listening for rich qualitative insights
I discovered active listening and asking open-ended questions helped me identify patterns and derive actionable insights.
Adapting Research Methods
Challenges in recruiting diverse participants and conducting remote research taught me the importance of adaptability. I learned to be flexible and utilize online platforms when face-to-face interviews were not possible.
Synthesizing Findings to Drive Impact
Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, I identified patterns and extracted insights. Creating persuasive reports and presentations helped me communicate research value and drive evidence-based decisions, recognizing the importance of storytelling.
